Combatwire's Felice Herrig racks up another one for the win column after winning at Shin Do Kumaté, a Muay Thai event in Florida.

The Lil' Bulldog was up to her usual agressive ways in the ring as she defeated New Mexico fighter Jessica Sanchez by unanimous decision.  Herrig put Sanchez on the canvas in the first round, but the former Texas state champion was able to keep her composure and finish the fight.

"I really messed up her face, but she took the beating for all three rounds," said the Midwest Training Center fighter.  With the win Felice improves her pro Muay Thai record to 3-1.

Originally training for her mixed martial arts debut at XFO 25 in Island Lake, IL, Herrig chose instead to compete in Shin Do Kumaté.   She went with the Muay Thai because  matchmakers for the XFO could not match her with an opponent.  She looks to make her MMA debut later this year.

You can watch the Buffalo Grove fighter's match when Shin Do Kumaté "Ancient Ones" debuts on pay per view and video on demand later this month.  For programming details check your local listings and http://www.shindokumate.com. Also, don't forget to watch Felice on Combatwire on CLTV in Chicago.

she was protected for most of her fights as an amateur fighter. Its an insult to real kickboxers by saying the WCL is kickboxing
